The olive oil comes from the Koroneiko variety, one of the oldest olive varieties in the world, found only on southern Greece. The climate of the area along with the natural ingredients of the soil contribute to the high quality of the olive oil which characteristics are low acidity, bright golden-yellow color (chlorophyll content), light texture, distinctive aroma and delicate taste.
